What a way to welcome CNY...

how low life can i be?? its the 2nd day of CNY and i'm stuck at home...down with fever, headache and sorethroat....yucks...wat a way to welcome the new year....sigh...

even though i'm not exactly enthu about this CNY...and not really looking forward to it so much that i can't sleep....but still...i dun deserve to spend such a CNY right? i'm still look forward to the ang baos that i'm getting....the chance to wear nice clothes and make up!

the flu virus has really chosen a great time to attack me...perhaps i shld even be thankful to them for overwhelming me only at the end of the first day of CNY....allowing me the chance to receive all my angbaos first before going home and counting angbaos with throbbing headache...

wonder it has anything to do with the half glass of red wine i drank on CNY's eve....but its only half a glass??!! these virus are really very strong....panadols can't even stop the headache...i just lie on the sofa the whole day whining and watching tv...and also drinking so much water that my stomach is bloated...at times my head even feel like they going to explode anytime! not kidding kiez? i seldom experience this kind of headache...feel like a hammer pounding on all my nerves....yucks...

the worse thing that can happen when u're sick is that u can't find a clinic/doctor! even usually they'll state on the consultation card that they open half day on public holidays...but dun believe them...CNY is NOT a normal public holiday...and none of the clinic/polyclinic i know are open!..sheez...search for yellow pages and finally found one in hougang that's open...going there later...hopefully i can get medicine and get better tomoro!

there's still lessons tomoro....moreover meeting kaymei and elaine for lunch! not to mention my special day on sat! i wanna get well by then! the virus have already deprived me of a happy CNY....dun let them deprive me of a happy bday as well!!
